1. Information We Collect
When you join our waitlist or purchase CICPro+, we collect:
- Your name and email address (from the waitlist form)
- Payment information (processed by Whop — we never see your card details)
- Your TradingView username (provided after purchase for indicator access)
- Usage analytics data via Google Analytics (anonymised)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send you beta access confirmation and onboarding emails
- To add your TradingView username to the CICPro+ invite-only script
- To notify you of updates, new features, or important changes
- To improve the product based on usage patterns
3. Data Storage
Your waitlist and purchase data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services that may process your data:
- Whop — payment processing
- Resend — email delivery
- Supabase — data storage
- Google Analytics — anonymous site analytics
- Vercel — website hosting
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hi@abubakarshf.dev. We will process your request within 30 days.
